Warranty claims that are not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag.
To submit a warranty request, please just contact us using our warranty request form. Simply select "warranty" in the drop-down section to complete your claim. Once received, our customer service team will review your warranty request and may ask for additional information such as photos or proof of purchase.
